Welcome to the official website for actor, musician and activist Max Gail. Best known as Wojo on the classic and Emmy award-winning TV series Barney Miller, Max has also appeared in over 125 movies and TV shows and including a long running role on General Hospital as Mike Corbin, where his work earned him a 2019 and 2021 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor. Most recently he has appeared in Chicago Med and Magnum PI.
Max also devotes much of his time to causes dear to his heart including Native American rights, protecting the environment, and simply making the world a better place. Max himself is an admin here and is very involved in this page. He reads all the comments, responds, and posts as often as he can. As he is a busy man, day to day operations are over seen by me, his friend Sue. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date on his projects, appearances and other news.
